Privacy Policy
This explains what data WAPI Business and Vertex Internet Services collect from you as a platform owner, and from the people who use the platform you sell. Short version: we collect what we need to run the service, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.
1. What we collect from you
- Your name, business name, email and WhatsApp number, so we can set up your platform and support you.
- Payment details are handled by our payment provider. We see that you paid and how much, not your card or bank details.
- Basic usage data from your platform (logins, number of accounts, messages sent), so we can keep it running and fix problems.
2. What passes through the platform
When your customers connect their WhatsApp number, their contacts, messages and templates are stored on the platform so the features work. We process this data only to provide the service. We do not read it for any other purpose, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train anything.
Messages themselves travel through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Meta's own business data terms apply to that part.
3. Who we share it with
- Meta, to send and receive WhatsApp messages.
- Our hosting and infrastructure providers, who store the data on our behalf.
- Our payment provider, to take payment.
- Nobody else, unless the law requires it.
4. Where it lives and how long
Data is stored on servers we control. We keep it for as long as your platform is active. When a platform is closed, we delete its data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to privacy@wapi.to and we'll reply within 7 days. If one of your customers asks you to delete their data, you can do it from the platform, or ask us.
6. Cookies
This website uses no tracking cookies. The platform itself uses only the cookies it needs to keep you logged in.
7. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email you before it takes effect.
